Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re an ACE survivor who is ready to learn how to regain control of your health and your life, start with the ACE Survivor Essentials Program. This program is designed to equip you with the lifestyle habits and skills necessary to establish the foundation for optimal health as an ACE survivor.

If you’re interested in the ACE-Defying Wellness Program™, your next step is to learn more about it in this e-class. After the class, you’ll have an opportunity to schedule a call with a member of our team and on that call you’ll collaboratively decide if you’re a good fit for the program and if the program is the right fit for you. Don’t worry; if it isn’t a good fit, they’ll point you in the direction of something that might be. If it is a good fit, the team member will schedule a pre-program consultation with you and Dr. Janelle Louis, and she’ll make the final decision as to whether or not our team will be able to help you through this program.

If you are interested in booking Dr. Louis for a speaking engagement or interview, or having her as a guest on your podcast or show, send an email to admin@drjanellelouis.com. Click here to download Dr. Louis’ press kit.

Due to the nature of our services, we are unable to provide refunds on self-paced courses or programs after you have begun to consume the material. If you have not yet started the purchased course/program and you need a refund, contact us at info@acedefyers.com.

Because of the recurring nature of the program fees, we are unable to provide refunds on the ACE-Defying™ Wellness Program. If, however, you would no longer like to be enrolled in the program, send us an email and we’ll ensure that you aren’t charged any future payments.

Sales on all physical products are final.
